These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and all services provided by Prime Money Invest ("Company," "we," "us"), headquartered at 519 Oak St, Libertyville, Illinois 60048, USA. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Site, submission of any enquiry or booking form, and enrollment in any membership plan constitute acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. About Our Services

Prime Money Invest is a financial advisory and brokerage firm operating since 2020. We provide: personal loans, credit loans, mortgage loans, wealth & investment planning, tax advisory and insurance services. Advisory services are delivered by Prime Money Invest advisors; lending, insurance and CPA services are executed through independent licensed partners in your state.

3. Not a Lender / No Guarantee of Approval

Prime Money Invest is not a bank or direct lender. Loan approvals, amounts, APRs and terms are determined solely by partner lenders based on creditworthiness. Published rates (e.g., "from 5.4% APR") are illustrative best-case examples and are not offers of credit. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal; past performance never guarantees future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use our services. By submitting forms you represent that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

5. Consultations & Advisory Memberships

• The initial strategy consultation is free with no obligation.
• Growth ($149/month) and Premier Wealth ($399/month) memberships bill monthly in advance and are cancelable anytime, effective at the end of the current cycle.
• Fees are flat and disclosed in writing before enrollment; we charge no commissions on advisory advice.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful financial information, keep your account credentials confidential, notify us promptly of any changes affecting your plan, and use the Site only for lawful personal or business financial purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not: scrape or replicate Site content; submit false or fraudulent enquiries; attempt to breach Site security; use the Site for money laundering or any unlawful activity; or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, logos, icons, design systems, the "Prime Money Invest" name and branding — is our property or licensed to us, protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. The personal Money Blueprint we create for you is licensed to you for personal use upon delivery.

9. Third-Party Services

Lenders, insurance carriers, investment custodians and CPA firms are independent third parties. Their agreements, fees and disclosures apply to products they issue. We vet partners carefully but are not liable for their independent acts or omissions beyond our advisory duty of care.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and educational content is general information, not individualized legal advice. Tax outcomes depend on your circumstances and current IRS rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Money Invest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from Site use or market movements. Our total liability for any claim related to advisory services shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Money Invest, its advisors and partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Lake County, Illinois, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services after posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version.
